Environmental precautions
Environmental precautions:
Prevent product from entering drains.
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so.
If the product contaminates rivers and lakes or drains inform respective authorities.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Methods for cleaning up:
Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling
Advice on safe handling:
Avoid formation of respirable particles.
Do not breathe vapours/dust.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Do not smoke.
Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local and national regulations.
Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the ap-plication area.
This substance should be handled under strictly controlled conditions as specified in REACH regulation article 18(4). Site documentation to support safe handling arrangements in ac-cordance with risk-based management system should be available at each manufacturing site. During the whole lifecy-cle all necessary measures should be undertaken to minimize emissions and any resulting exposure.

Advice on protection against fire and explosion:
Normal measures for preventive fire protection. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.

Hygiene measures:
General industrial hygiene practice.
When using do not eat or drink. When using do not smoke. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Requirements for storage areas and containers:
Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Observe label precautions. Electrical installations / working materials must comply with the technological safety standards.

Storage class (TRGS 510):
6.1D, Non-combustible, acute toxic Cat.3 / toxic hazardous materials or hazardous materials causing chronic effects
Recommended storage tem-perature:
< 40 °C

Further information on stor-age stability:
Keep in a dry place.
