Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the present study WAY-189172 did not induce acute immobilisation of Daphnia magna at an average exposure concentration of 0.0184 mg/l after 48 hours of exposure (NOEC).
The 48h-EC50 was beyond the range tested, i.e. exceeded an average exposure concentration of 0.0184 mg/l.
Due to the very low solubility of WAY-189172 in water, concentration levels that might be toxic for Daphnia magna could not be reached.
