Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

According to Annex X long-term toxicity tests for sediment organisms shall be proposed if the result of the Chemical Safety assessment indicates the need to investigate further the effects of the substance and/or relevant degradation products on sediment organisms. Since the risk assessment results in Risk Characterisation Ratios far below 1 for the sediment compartment, no studies on the chronic toxicity in sediment dwelling organisms are provided. Furthermore, as only industrial use is intended for N3/N4-amine mix (no professional or consumer use/ wide-dispersive-use), the mixture is not supposed to be directly applied to sediment. In addition, the main components are not considered to be PBT/vPvB substances.

The risk assessment is based on values determined using the equilibrium partitioning method (EPM).
