2 ml of a 20 % solution of the test substance in methylene chloride was sprayed in a 400 l vessel in which 1 rabbit, 1 guinea pig, 2 rats and 4 mice were placed. after 1 hour the same amount was sprayed again into the vessel. after 2 hours the animals were removed from the vessel. the test was repeated on 5 consecutive days.
