Additional information

Experimental data on the chronic toxicity of trimagnesium bis(orthophosphate) (CAS 7757-87-1) are not available. Trimagnesium bis(orthophosphate) is not acutely toxic to aquatic organisms and has no potential to bioaccumulate in organisms. Therefore a long-term toxicity of the substance to daphnia is not anticipated. Trimagnesium bis(orthophosphate) is a naturally occurring molecule. In release to water substance dissociates to phosphate species and magnesium ions. Both ions are ubiquitous in the environment and are essential micronutrients for organisms. Chronic toxicity is therefore not anticipated.
