Description of key information

In a study conducted to the appropriate guideline and in accordance with GLP, 4-Oxo Tempo did not demonstrate oxidising properties.

A study was performed in accordance with GLP and according to EU Method A21 to assess the oxidising properties of the substance. The study concluded that 4-Oxo Tempo did not exhibit oxidising properties.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the results of the key study, 4-Oxo Tempo is not considered to be oxidising therefore no requirement for classification is triggered.
