This study was conducted to determine the growth inhibition of CA 1139 A to Green Algae (Scenedesmus subspicatus).
The test was performed according to the OECD guideline 201.
Each test concentration was tested in 3 replicates, the blank control in 6.
Duration time of the test was 72h.
Cell densities were measured at 24, 48 and 72h exposure on a "TOA" cell counter.
Temperature was continuously measured and maintained at 23 +/- 1 °C.
pH was measured at 0 and 72h exposure.
The following results were calculated:
EbC50,0-72h: 3.8 mg/l
NOEbC0-72h: 1.1 mg/l
Values are based on nominal concentrations.
