The hydrolysis study was conducted in accordance with OECD guideline 111 and GLP. The HPLC-UV analytical method was successfully qualified and applied to the determination of the rate of hydrolysis (Tier 1) of EC 202-228-8 sample. From the data presented, the Test Article was found to be stable at the three pH levels tested (pH 4, 7 and 9) as determined from OECD Guideline 111 which stipulates a criterion of <10% hydrolysis after 5 days at 50 °C. This illustrates that the material undergoes little abiotic degradation via hydrolysis.
