Conclusion on classification

Based on the results of acute toxicity studies in fish, alga and invertebrates as well as a chronic toxicity study inDaphnia, and given that the test substance is not readily biodegradable, classification as Aquatic Acute 1 – H400 (Very toxic to aquatic life), with an M-factor acute of 10, and Aquatic Chronic 1 – H410 (very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects), with an M-factor of 1, is warranted according to EU CLP (Regulation EC/1272/2008) criteria.
