Conclusion on classification

Based on the results of acute toxicity studies in fish, alga and invertebrates as well as a chronic toxicity study in Daphnia, and given that the test substance is not readily biodegradable, classification as Aquatic Acute 1 – H400 (Very toxic to aquatic life), with an M-factor acute of 1, and Aquatic Chronic 2 – H411 (Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects) is warranted according to EU CLP (Regulation EC/1272/2008) criteria.
