Description of key information

Because of their instability in water and lack of chromophor, photodegradation in water is not relevant for inorganic thiosulfates. Photodegradation in water is not relevant because thiosulfates disproportionate quickly to sulfate and sulfite anions, and are not susceptible to photolysis
