EC10(16h) = 180 mg/L for Pseudomonas putida (EN ISO 10712)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

EC50 for microorganisms:
440 mg/L
EC10 or NOEC for microorganisms:
180 mg/L

Additional information

There is one microorganism study available for DMAMP, which was used as key study for the assessment. The study was conducted according to guideline DIN 38412, part 8 (Schopka, 1991). A culture of the bacterium Pseudomonas putida was exposed to DMAMP for 16 hours, at nominal test concentrations of 0, 125, 250, 500, and 1000 mg/L. The obtained EC10 and EC50 values were 180 mg/L and 440 mg/L, respectively.
