Description of key information

log Pow = 4 at 20 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The n-octanol / water partition coefficient was determined to be log Kow = 4.0 ± 0.05 using the HPLC method. The procedure followed was similar to the one described in OECD TG 117. Though the column temperature was 37 °C it is anticipated that the value determined for the substance represents the octanol-water partition coefficient under environmental conditions.
