In a guideline, proprietary study (Evonik Oxeno 2008) the auto ignition temperature for tributene was measured as 215°C. This study is non-GLP but follows a standard guideline and is considered reliable and suitable for use as a key study for this endpoint. A supporting study (Oxeno Olefinchemie 2008) reported the auto ignition temperature of tetrabutene to be 220°C. This data is considered to be representative of the category
