Description of key information

The measurement of vapour pressure was carried out using the Gas Saturation method of determination. The vapour pressure of the substance was determined to be as follows:
60.6Pa at 25°C ± 0.5°C
37.6Pa at 20°C ± 0.5°C

Additional information

Two studies are available on the vapour pressure. Both studies are considered reliable and were conducted according to current guidelines. The two studies yielded different results which could be explained by the difference in purity.

The vapour pressure was reported as 60.6Pa at 25°C ± 0.5°C and 37.6Pa at 20°C ± 0.5°C for the 98.55% purity material.

The vapour pressure was reported as 586.6Pa (4.4 mmHg) at 25°C ± 0.5°C and 453.3Pa (3.4 mmHg) at 20°C ± 0.5°C for the 96.85% purity material.

The key study is considered to be the one conducted on the test substance of 98.55% purity
