Description of key information
Based on two different methods, Koc values for diisopropylnaphthalene (DIPN) of 36,108 and 188,973 were calculated.

Additional information
Based on First Order Molecular Connectivity Index, a log Koc of 4.5576 (Koc = 36,108) was calculated for DIPN indicating low mobility and accumulation in soil.
Alternatively, log Koc was calculated based on log Kow resulting in an even higher Koc value of 188,973 (log Koc 5.2764).
