Description of key information

Considering the high reactivity of vanadium trichloride oxide with water and moisture and its fast hydrolysis (half-life of VOCl3< 1 hour), it may only be present in the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract or on the skin for a limited period of time. Vanadium trichloride oxide is quasi-instantaneously degraded in Vanadium pentoxide and hydrogen chloride.
