Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The substances decomposed before it boiled so that a boiling point could not be established experimentally. However, using an adapted Stein and Brown method (MPBPWIN version 1.43) the boiling point was predicted to be >450°C (>723 K).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
450 °C

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the boiling point of the test substance using the procedure specified in ASTM E537-86, designed to be compatible with EU Method A.2 and OECD Guideline 103 (Fox and White, 2012).
