Description of key information

No effect on invertebrates up to the limit of the water solubility of Glycerides, C8-18 and C18-unsatd. mono- and di-, acetates was observed under conditions tested.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

One short-term study with Daphnia magna is available for Glycerides, C8-18 and C18-unsatd. mono- and di-, acetates (CAS No. 91052 -13 -0). The static study was conducted according to OECD Guideline 202 over 48 hours. Water Accommodated Fractions (WAF) with a loading rate of 100 mg/L were prepared by siphoning the solution through glass wool. The TOC content of the WAF was measured and a mean concentration of 4.6 mg/L determined. No effects up to the limit of the water solubility of the test substance were observed under conditions tested.
