Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e Koc value of 4-aminobenzene-1,3-disulphonic acid was estimated as 33.79 L/kg (log koc as 1.528)by means of MCI method. This indicates that 4-aminobenzene-1,3-disulphonic acid will have low tendency of sorption to soil and sediment and therefore have moderate migration potential to groundwater.

This koc value is equivalent to 27.032 (log koc as 1.43) at 20 deg C.
