Conclusions:
Under the test conditions, 2,4-Dichloro-5-isopropoxyaniline is not a skin sensitiser in the mouse local lymph node assay.
Executive summary:

In a mouse local lymph node assay performed in compliance with the GLP, 2,4-Dichloro-5-isopropoxyaniline ( named as 2,4-dichloro 5-isopropoxy aniline (DIA))has a relatively low skin sensitisation potential. It is therefore not classified for skin sensitisation according to the Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 and the Directive 67/548/EEC.
