Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annex IX and X, terrestrial toxicity testing does not need to be conducted as direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. The chemical safety assessment showed that there is no potential of concentrations in soil reaching levels that pose any risk to terrestrial arthropodes. According to Annex XI of the REACH regulation, testing may be omitted for this reason (section 3, "Substance-tailored exposure-driven testing").
