Description of key information

"Fine" particles of BTDA are approximately 9 microns (mean aerodynamic diameter), whereas "ultrafine" are about 2 microns

Additional information

As measured using light-scattering spectroscopy, the average mean aerodynamic diameter for "fine" particles of 1,3-Isobenzofurandione, 5,5'-carbonylbis- (BTDA) is 8.52 microns, and for "ultrafine" particles, 2.31 microns.
