First-aid measures
General advice: No hazards which require special first aid measures
Inhalation: Move to fresh air in case of accidental inhalation of fumes from overheating or combustion. In the case of inhalation of aerosol/mist consult a physician if necessary.
Skin contact: Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If skin irritation persists, call a
physician.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Keep respiratory tract clear Consult a physician if necessary
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media:
water, foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide (CO2), Keep containers and surroundings cool with water spray.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons:
none
Specific hazards during fire fighting:
Dangerous gases or fumes may occur in case of fire. In case of fire hazardous decomposition products may be produced such as: CO2 and CO
Special protective equipment for firefighters:
In the event of fire and/or explosion do not breathe fumes. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit.
Further information:
Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions:
Use personal protective equipment.
Environmental precautions:
Avoid subsoil penetration. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. If the product contaminates rivers and lakes or drains inform respective authorities.
Methods for cleaning up:
Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceus earth, vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national regulations
Handling and storage
HANDLING
Safe handling advice:
No special technical protective measures required. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the
application area.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion:
Normal measures of preventive fire protection. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static
discharges.
STORAGE
Requirements for storage areas and containers:
No special storage conditions required.
Advice on common storage:
No special restrictions on storage with other products.
