UC-141 is not flammable on ignition as determined in the test according to EU Method A.10 (no propagation of burning).
Based on experience in handling and use and the chemical structure flammability on contact with water and pyrophoricity are not to be expected. Expert statements derived on the basis of guidelines (EU Method A.12 and A.13, respectively) are supporting.
Justification for classification or non-classification
The available data on flammability of the test substance do not meet the criteria for classification according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 or Directive 67/548/EEC, and are therefore conclusive but not sufficient for classification:
Based on the result of the test according to the EU Method A.10, the substance is not flammable on ignition.
Based on the chemical structure and experience in handling and use, flammability on contact with water and pyrophoricity are not expected (in regard to EU Methods A.12 and A.13, respectively).
