First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient from exposure. Obtain medical attention ifill
effects result.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water, holding
theeyelids apart, for at least 15 minutes. Obtain
medicalattention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with
water.Obtainmedical attention. Contaminated
clothing should be laundered before re-issue.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Foam, carbon dioxide or dry powder. For large fires
use water-fog; avoid use of water jet. Water spray
should be used to cool containers.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Ensure suitable personal protection during removal
ofspillages. Adsorb spillages onto sand, earth or

fordisposal. Wash the spillage area clean. Washings must
beprevented from entering surface water drains. Do
not allow to enter drains, sewers or watercourses.Spillages
or uncontrolled discharges into watercourses mustbe alerted
to the appropriate regulatory body.

Handling and storage

Handling: Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid contact with
skinand eyes. Avoid inhalation of high concentrations
ofvapours. Wear eye/face protection, suitable
gloves and suitableprotective clothing. Wear suitable
respiratory protectiveequipment if exposure to high levels
of material are likely.

Storage: Keep container tightly closed.
