Additional information

Due to the adsorption potential of the substance (log Koc > 5, log Kow > 4), adsorption to organic carbon in soils and sediments is expected. In addition, based on the fact that the test substance is not readily biodegradable and that a high sorption to soil is expected, it might be the case that the test substance is persistent in soil. Thus, no soil simulation test will be conducted and the possible worst case, the persistence of the test substance in the environment is assumed.
