Additional information

In a key study, the chronic toxicity of sodium capryliminodipropionate towards Daphnia magna was investigated according to OECD guideline 211 under GLP. Daphnids were exposed to nominal concentrations of 1.6, 4, 10, 25 and 62.5 mg/l (0.62, 1.54, 3.85, 9.63 and 24.06 mg/L based on active ingredient). Nominal concentrations were verified by analytical measurements. No significant effects were observed after exposure for 21 days. The 21d-NOEC for reproduction was found to be > 24.06 mg a.i./L.
