Additional information

Relevant available data on Amines, N-tallow alkyltrimethylenedi-, propoxylated was analyzed to assess its potential toxicokinetic behaviour in mammals (see section 7.1.1. of the iuclid 5). The absorbance is expected to be low, while the metabolisation of amines common reactions of xenobiotic metabolism. Therefore a tendency for bioaccumulation is not expected. Metabolites will be excreted both via urine and bile (feces) depending on the size and charge of the molecules.

In addition, an estimate tends to indicate that the substance is not bioaccumulable (BCFBAFWin) with a BCF < 2000.

Thus, these data show that Amines, N-tallow alkyltrimethylenedi-, propoxylated is not expected to bioaccumulate.
