Description of key information
The toxicity to Daphnids was assessed in a non GLP study carried out according to standard operation procedure from the Dow Chemical Company: "Standard static acute daphnid toxicity", as revised in 1978.

Additional information
The acute toxicity oftripropylene glycol methyl ether was determined for Daphnia magna. No mortality was observed in 48 hours at 10000 mg/L, which was the highest concentration tested. The LC50 and LC100 were greater than 10000 mg/l.
