According to the criteria of EU Directive 67/548/EEC and the criteria of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Amides, C16-C18 (even numbered) does not have to be classified for carcinogenicity.

Additional information

As the substance is not classified as mutagenic, and as there is no indication of hyperplasia or pre-neoplastic changes after repeated exposure, testing for carcinogenicity is not indicated according to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex X, 8.9.1, column 2.
