Description of key information

Long-term toxicity to fish is not relevant as:

The short-term toxicity to fish shows no effects up to a concentration of 100 mg/L thus this endpoint is equally sensitive as the daphnids, for which a chronic study is available. Toxicity to algae yielded the most sensitive endpoint, and also for algae a chronic value is available.

Due to the low water solubility of substance resp. acute toxicity a long-term test is not justified.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
