Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 Part A A.15 to determine the auto-ignition temperature of the test substance. In a preliminary test the approximately auto-ignition temperature were determined. The test was performed by using the apparatus ZPA 3. A wire mesh cube (20 x 20 x 20 mm, openings: 0.045 mm), was filled with 4.6032 g of the test substance. The cube was placed in the centre of the oven at room temperature. One thermocouple was placed at the centre of the cube and another between the cube and the oven to record the oven temperature. Data of temperature (sample and oven) and time were recorded while the temperature of the oven was increased with a rate of approximately 0.5 °C/min. No self-ignition temperature was determined up to 400 °C.
