Additional information

- Short-term toxicity to fish ( (Brachydanio rerio): 96h-LC50 > 100 mg/L

- Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: (Daphnia magna): 48h-EC50 > 100 mg/L (reference 6.1.3-1)

- Toxicity to algae (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata): 72h-ErC50 > 100 mg/L, 72h-NOEC ≥ 100 mg/L (reference 6.1.5-1)

- Biodegradation in water: screening test: After 28-d test < 0 % biodegradation of the test substance occurred. Therefore, the test substance cannot be considered to be readily biodegradable (reference 5.2.1-1)

Conclusion on classification

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Based on the data above, the substance has not to be classified for short-term (acute) aquatic toxicity and for long-term (chronic) aquatic toxicity according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended for the twelfth time in Regulation (EU) 2019/521.
