Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In a non-GLP guideline study according to OECD 203, no toxic effects were observed up to the highest test concentration = 100 mg/L in Danio rerio. Though some deviations from the guideline were employed (e.g. the test substance and vehicle were added directly to the water in the tanks, very high vehicle concentration) the test is considered to be valid.

The test concentrations are well above the solubility limit of the test substance (water solubility < 4 µg/L, see chapter 4.8 in IUCLID). Therefore, they represent a worst case assumption where water solubility is achieved by excessive use of solvent. Therefore, no toxic effects occur at the range of solubility.
