There are no studies proposed to assess terresterial toxicity. Based on REACH Annex IX, 9.1, Column 2, studies to assess terresterial toxicity are not required due to findings of the Chemical Safety Assessment (CSA). Vinyl Neodecanoate  is manufactured under strictly closed conditions and is a fully reacted monomer in polymer formulations.  There is minimal release of the substance to waste water, and all waste water undergoes organics separation and secondary biological treatment. The recovered organic phase, which contains Vinyl Neodecanoate is incinerated. Therefore, there is no release of Vinyl Neodeconoate to the soil or exposure of terrestrial orgnaisms. Direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely.
