Pseudomonas putida were exposed to DMCHA over a period of 17 -hours. The results of the study were based on absorbance at 436 nm. Based on nominal exposure concentrations the EC50 was calculated to be 206 mg/L, the corresponding EC10 was 137.4 mg/L and the EC100 was 402.2 mg/L.
