Conclusions:
A kinematic viscosity values of 3.04 mm²/s at 20°C and 2.03 mm²/s at 40°C was determined using an appropriate guideline method not according to GLP. This result is considered reliable.

Description of key information

Kinematic Viscosity: 3.04 mm²/s at 20°C and 2.03 mm²/s at 40°C (capillary method)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Viscosity:
3.04 mm²/s (static)
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

Kinematic viscosity values of 3.04 mm2/s at 20°C and 2.03 mm2/s at 40°C were determined for the submission substance according to the Ubbelohde capillary method. The results are considered to be reliable and are selected as key.

The key result is supported by a predicted kinematic viscosity of 2.4 mm2/s at 20°C, determined using a validated QSAR estimation method. The result is considered to be reliable.

In a secondary source to which reliability could not be assigned, a dynamic viscosity value of 3.0 mPa.s at 20°C was reported for the substance.
