Results and discussion

Flash point
Flash point:
7 °C
Atm. press.:

Any other information on results incl. tables

The measurements were carried out at 1025 mbar atmospheric pressure.

Two tests were performed and the same behaviour was observed in both determinations: the sample indicated as Monobromacetic acid 80% solution didn't show the typical flammability phenomena up to 7°C. The pilot flame was extinguished at this temperature.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Monobromacetic acid 80% solulion is not flammable.
