Additional information

Key study: Experimental results:

The Relative Self-Ignition Temperature of Magnesium Acetate was determined according to EEC-guideline A.16. The oven temperature was increased beginning at room temperature up to 410 °C with a rate of 0.5 ºC/min. It was observed a self-ignition at temperature 310 ºC.

Magnesium Acetate is self-ignitable at 310 ºC.
