Additional information

Key study: Experimental results: Test method according to EEC-Guideline A.10.

The test item was formed to an uninterrupted pile of 250 mm in length on a ceran plate. It was tried to ignite the substance-pile at one end with the flame of a tecluburner. There was no inflammation or smouldering observed within 2 minutes. Because it was impossible to ignite the test item the main test had not to be performed.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The test item Magnesium Acetate can be classified as not flammable.
