According to REACH regulation, Annex IX, column 2 (Specific rules for adaptation from column 1), long-term toxicity testing is proposed by the registrant because the results of the acute test indicate Daphnia as the most sensitive specie with a 48 hour–EC50 = 8.9 mg/L(nominal concentration)
