Additional information

The key study for long-term toxicity 1-chlorobutane to daphnids was conducted according to OECD 211 under semi-static conditions (Ministry of the Environment Japan 1995). The study was conducted in a closed system without substance loss in the concentration range of nominally 1.8 to 180 mg/L and a NOEC(21d) of 5.6 mg/L was determined based on reproduction (mean number of offspring).
