Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The registration item has a strong tendency to adsorp to the soil phase

Additional information

The registration item was tested in an experimental study according to the OECD guideline 106 using the batch equilibrium method. The adsorption behaviour of three representative structures were particularly determined.
Log Koc values in the range of 3.46 (o-TDA-1EO-3PO at Eurosoil 2) to 5.35 (o-TDA-3EO-6PO at LUFA 2.3) were measured. For all soil types and structures a log Koc > 3 were obtained. Therefore, a strong adsorption tendency to soil is assumed for the three selected components, and therefore also for the entire UVCB.
