Additional information

One study investigating the short-term toxicity of 2,2'-[ethane-1,2-diylbis(oxy)]bisethyl diacetate (CAS 111-21-7) to fish is available (Waggy & Payne, 1974). The study was performed according to the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater (13th Edition, 1971) under non-GLP conditions. Pimephales promelas was exposed to concentrations of 10 - 10000 mg/L (nominal). After the exposure of 96 h an LC50 of 185 mg/L was calculated.
