The reaction mass of heptachromium tricarbide and trichromium dicarbide is an inorganic substance.
Regarding PBT and vPvB assessment, Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 is not applicable to inorganic substances.The reaction mass of heptachromium tricarbide and trichromium dicarbideis practically insoluble in water, and it is not systemically available or bio-accumulative, and hence it does not fulfil either of the PBT and vPvB criteria for classification.
