All scores at 24/48/72 hours were 0 in all animals.
At 1 hour after treatment, slight redness of the  conjunctivae (grade 1 vessels definitely injected) was observed in all  animals.  At 24, 48, and 72 hours, no signs of eye irritation were  observed in any of the 3 animals. Fully reversible in the 72 hour observation period.
