Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute aquatic toxicity of Soybean oil, epoxidized, reaction products with methanol on fish was investigated in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 203 [BASF SE, 2013]. The static study used the zebrafish Danio rerio as test species. Based on the multicomponent compostion that is only partially soluble a water soluble fraction (WSF) was prepared and the test was conducted as limit test with a nominal loading concentration of 100 mg/L. After 96 hours of exposure no toxic effects on fish were observed.
