In accordance with section 2 of REACH Annex XI, the hydrolysis as a function of pH study (section 9.2.2.1) does not need to be performed as the low solubility of the substance makes analysis impossible to determine aqueous hydrolysis at any given pH. As this substance is also a UVCB, the components may hydrolyze at different rates compounding the determination of this endpoint.
