Additional information

In the key study - GLP guideline study (Klimisch 1) - fish were observed for mortality and clinical signs at 3, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. At the end of the 96-hour test period, the LC50, EC50 and NOEC (no observed effect concentration) were determined for each time point. The LC50 after 96 hours of exposure was 841 mg/L These results indicate that DPnB is not acutely toxic to freshwater fish.
