In the definitive mutagenicity assay, the test article caused a positive response (3.9, 2.3 and 3.2 fold maximum increases) with tester strain TA1535 in the presence of hamster microsomal enzyme. The test substance is mutagenic in strain TA 1535 with metabolic activation.
